Last night Managing Director, Stuart Mackley attended the annual Property and Construction Awards and Gala Dinner, at Portsmouth City Hall. It was with much surprise and delight that Elberry Properties was announced as winner of the Best New Apartment Development for The Forge.

Joining Stuart at the event were Harry Groucott from MH Architects who we commissioned to design The Forge, and Pete Frettsome from Contract Construction Services who constructed the development for Elberry Properties.

Upon receiving the award Stuart commented: “We knew that Sadlers Warehouse had been nominated, but we really were surprised to hear our name being called out on the night. I am extremely proud of this development, which has completely transformed this historical site and enhances the Little London environment”.
