SUMMARY
The Steddles was a old barn conversion that had been extended many times over the years, most recently in the 1980’s.
We were able to demolish the existing dwelling and gain full planning permission for the new construction of 11 two storey homes.
This consisted of 9 detached family homes and 2 semi detached properties. Located in the popular village of Yapton, this development is situated at the heart of the Six Villages community. Served by excellent transport links, local independent businesses and excellent schools.
