Following our success in 2016, Elberry Properties has for the second year running won a Sussex Heritage Trust Award. This year the award was granted for The Forge, located in Little London in the heart of Chichester City Centre.

Commenting on The Forge, which was previously an office building, the judges described the development as “A superbly well detailed and executed scheme. High quality materials and workmanship employed throughout. The finished scheme is a dramatic transformation of a tired and run down building in the centre of Chichester. An exemplary development.”
