We have begun work at Wellington Mews on Broyle Road in Chichester. Alongside this stunning development of contemporary mews homes, each with its own garden and private parking, the original building is being converted on behalf of the Chichester Festival Theatre who will use it to accommodate their Creative Directors.

The site was formerly home to the historic public house, The Wellington Arms, which originally opened its doors in 1855 and was frequented by soldiers who were posted at the former military barracks across the road. In more recent years the building was the home of French restaurant Comme Ca which over the years welcomed many famous faces who were in residence at the theatre, also located just across the road.
