LINWOOD PARK
Linwood Park is located in the heart of the Six Villages, in Fontwell just 4 miles east to Arundel and 6 miles west to Chichester town centre. A unique development of just 10 high quality new build bungalows, each on sizeable plots. Consisting of only three 2 bedroom bungalows & seven 3 bedroom bungalows. This exciting scheme was granted planning permission for the demolition of 8 existing buildings on the site and the re-developments of garden land.
PROJECTS
THE STEDDLES
The Steddles was a old barn conversion that had been extended many times over the years, most recently in the 1980’s. We were able to demolish the existing dwelling and gain full planning permission for the new construction of 11 two storey homes. This consisted of 9 detached family homes and 2 semi detached properties. Located in the popular village of Yapton, this development is situated at the heart of the Six Villages community. Served by excellent transport links, local independent businesses and excellent schools.
PROJECTS
WINDMILL NURSERY
Situated south of the A27 on the outskirts of Chichester this one acre ex nursery site contained a single bungalow with various outbuildings.
Working closely with our architects we successfully submitted plans to demolish the bungalow and replace it with a contemporary housing scheme of 16 two, three and four-bedroomed houses, with parking and associated landscaping.
PROJECTS
CHESTNUT AVENUE
Two neighbouring properties on large plots were acquired following a successful planning application for five large detached family homes with private gardens and parking. The whole scheme was designed to complement the neighbouring properties and enhance the overall street scene.
PROJECTS
THE FORGE
This 1960s office building situated within the heart of Chichester City Centre and Conservation Area was an eye-sore and rather tired looking. Our plans included a new facade to the building, much more in keeping with the surrounding buildings within Chichester’s historic Eastern quarter, whilst inside converting the run down offices into six two-bedroomed award-winning luxury apartments.
PROJECTS
THE WELLINGTON
Originally built as a public house in 1855, more recently the building operated as a French restaurant.
Elberry acquired the site and gained consent to convert it into a luxury eleven-bedroomed dwelling for the Chichester Festival Theatre, with four new build contemporary mews houses located behind in a courtyard setting.
