BROYLE ROAD
Conversion of an historic public house into an 11 bedroom dwelling.
SUMMARY
Alongside the stunning Wellington Mews development, Elberry Properties has developed a property for the Chichester Festival Theatre which they will use to accommodate their visiting Creative Directors.
The site was formerly home to the historic public house, The Wellington Arms, which originally opened its doors in 1855 and was frequented by soldiers who were posted at the former military barracks across the road. In more recent years the building was the home of French restaurant Comme Ca which over the years welcomed many famous faces who were in residence at the theatre, also located just across the road.
This conversion has created an 11 bedroomed dwelling with shared living space where the Theatre now conveniently houses it’s visiting Creative Directors.
