Our construction team have started work on our next development at 18 Lavant Road, Chichester.

The first job was to demolish the existing building, a detached house built in the 1930s. Now the site has been cleared our construction team have started work on the foundations for three new properties, two of which will be available on the open market and are due for completion early Spring 2019.
