We have now handed over the keys for no. 67 Broyle Road to Chichester Festival Theatre (CFT). Over the last eight months our construction team have been hard at work converting the site from what was previously the French restaurant Comme Ca into an eleven bedroomed house with shared living space and courtyard garden to the rear.

The CFT will use the building to accommodate visiting creative directors whilst they are working on the latest production, the first of whom entered the house this week. No. 67 is ideally situated for the guests, as it is just a stones throw away from the theatre, and close to Chichester City centre.
